With live video interviewing, recruiters can continue their recruitment process after one-way video interview to conduct in-person interviews online. RBN Live can also be used individually, without having one-way interviews as base for live interviews. All interview sessions can be recorded, and can be accessed later for further evaluation.

Live interviews are conducted with latest industry standard technology (same as Google Hangouts and Facebook video calls), which enables best experience both for recruiter, and for the candidate.

Live interviews also support panel interviews, so it is easy to invite fellow interviewers to participate and arrange panel interviews with multiple interviewers and interviewees in one interview “room”.

Participating RBN Live interview requires minimum number of clicks for both the interviewer and the interviewee.
